1. Overview
We care for our employees and aim to create a comfortable environment and good conditions to retain our valuable staff which result in consistent quality of goods.

2. Incoming Materials Inspection
We control the quality from the very beginning: our raw material suppliers have been working with us for years and all incoming materials are inspected as they arrive.

3. Signs and Labels
Signs and labels are marked clearly everywhere: we understand that all human beings can make mistake but we what to maintain good management to minimize errors.

4. Warehouse
We have categorized all sorts of different materials and keep records of them to make it easy for usage.

5. Identifying
All products have been inspected before they leave the factory and if we find any defective products in the process inspections and final inspections, we will identify them and have the QC manager fix them.

6. In house manufacturing
By keeping everything in house we are able to keep a tight control on quality: just have a look of our tools, they are all kept in our factory to run the production without having to outsource to other vendors.

7. Instructions
Workers need to be educated therefore we try to make our instructions as specific as possible and an approved sample will be given to them to understand the standard we are trying to achieve. All products have been inspected before they leave the factory and if we find any of them to be defective products in the process inspections and final inspections, we will identify them and have the QC manager fix them.
